Plan/Design - First-SIP will engineer a network solution to compliment the business operating requirements while allowing for expandability. Additionally, a plan for implementation will be constructed for low to no impact on the business’s day to day operations. Annual Strategic planning meetings ensure that the technology is in alignment with business goals and budget.

Implementation - When a new server design is deployed, all of the operating hardware and software components are tested to insure interoperability. Then and only then is the CheckMark First-SIP seal applied to the server, indicating that the network has been approved for use.

Monitor - First-SIP will deploy an alert system within the network which will contact First-SIP via email in the event of any anomaly. Often time’s issues are resolved without down time for the network.

Maintenance - First-Sip will implement a maintenance program for all network servers and end point devices including computers, peripherals, backup systems, switches, routers, operating and application software. Our land watch will enable a business to see the current status of the system and components and allow for future planning of upgrading or phasing out of equipment and software licensing renewals.
